TERMS & CONDITIONS — PayBridge

Welcome to PayBridge. By accessing our website and using our payroll services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions
  • “PayBridge”, “we”, “our”, “us” refers to the PayBridge payroll service business.

  • “Client”, “you”, “your” refers to any individual or business using our services.

  • “Services” refers to payroll processing, tax compliance, reporting, and any additional services provided by PayBridge.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or engaging our services, you:

  • Agree to these Terms & Conditions

  • Confirm that all information you provide is accurate

  • Acknowledge that these terms may be updated from time to time

Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any updated terms.

3. Services Provided

PayBridge provides professional payroll services including, but not limited to:

  • Payroll processing

  • Tax and superannuation compliance

  • Reporting and analytics

  • HR assistance (optional add-on)

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete payroll, employee, and business information

  • Notify us of any changes to employee details, hours worked, pay rates, or tax information

  • Supply required information within reasonable timeframes to ensure payroll deadlines are met

  • Comply with all relevant employment and tax laws

We are not responsible for errors caused by missing, incorrect, or late information provided by the client.

5. Fees & Payment Terms
  • Fees are charged either monthly, per pay cycle, or per service package (as agreed).

  • Invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension until the account is settled.

  • All prices are in AUD and may be subject to change with notice.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We take confidentiality seriously.
All payroll and personal information is handled securely and in accordance with:

  • Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)

  • Industry-standard data protection procedures

We will not share your information without consent unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

PayBridge is not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from incorrect data provided by the client

  • Delays caused by external systems (ATO, banks, superannuation providers, software integrations)

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for services in the last 3 months.

8. Service Availability

While we aim to provide uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime

  • Availability of third-party systems

  • No delays due to maintenance or technical issues

Reasonable efforts will be made to inform clients of scheduled maintenance.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice.
PayBridge may terminate immediately if:

  • The client engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity

  • Payments are repeatedly overdue

  • The client breaches these Terms & Conditions

Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Australian legal standards.
